Miss Earth CANADA 2008 Denise Garrido: Television Interview on the FP TV Channel

MEC08 Denise Garrido had a television interview on the FP TV channel (specialty channel available through Rogers--info on http://www.cirvfm.com/fptv.html) on a program that interviews young, talented individuals of Portuguese background. MEC08 Denise Garrido at the International Women's Day Event!

What a success!
Over 400 attended the International Women's Day event in Bradford (at the Portuguese Cultural Centre of Bradford). Our very own MEC08 Denise Garrido gave a women's empowerment speech and was part of the fashion show. Omni News covered the event and MEC08 was interviewed--IN PORTUGUESE!. The money raised during the evening went to a charity. WAY TO GO, MEC08!
