ROSOTRO PRODUCTIONS and Miss Earth CANADA is proud to introduce the Provincial Director for Miss Earth MANITOBA 2011.Dulce works full time at CIBC as a Financial Service Manager and owns ''Beauty and Event'', an event planning company that provides complete consulting services for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, variety shows and pageants. She also sells beauty products.
One of the delegates at the Miss Gandang Filipina/Canada, she won the Miss Model of the year 1985 and was the ''Miss Winnipeg Sunshine Girl of the Day'' twice in 2010. Dulce is also a volunteer at the Red River Community College.
