Owu Crown Hotel, organizers of the Ibadan Style and Fashion Week have revealed the venue and date for the 2016 edition of the annual fashion runway event.
Activities at the year's edition to include 4 Catwalk Shows, 40 Designers, Fashion Gala and Awards Night and panel discussions aimed at promoting Ibadan as a tourism hub.
Owu Crown Hotel, the 4 star - 1st class hotel, is Ibadan's only international hotel and aims to promote tourism in Ibadan hence, designers from Uganda, London (UK), Namibia, Accra (Ghana) and Lagos (Nigeria) will be showcasing at the event.
The core mission of the Ibadan Style and Fashion Week is promotion through tourism and empowerment through fashion, to create jobs through fashion, tourism to support education in fashion and develop skills training and capacity development in the fashion industry.
The event is scheduled on September 22 to 24, 2016 in Owu Crown Hotel, Km2 Monatan - Iwo Road Ibadan, Nigeria.
