Roland of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Negros Island Region, is an artist and a designer and loves to study and read books about theories of the world. He also loves to draw and make his own crossword. He is a very adventurous person who loves to travel different places and discover different cultures and traditions. He claims that Ilonggo is the most romantic dialect in the country. ‘Namit’ is his favourite word to say.

The grand coronation night will be on October 2, 2016 at the University of the Philippines Theater, Diliman, Quezon City. The hosts are: Media Personality Paolo Bediones, 2008 Miss Earth Karla Henry and 2002 Mutya ng Pilipinas 1st Runner-Up Kristine Caballero. The winner will represent the Philippines in the 2017 Mister Gay World contest.
