Alfred speaks fluent Ilonggo from Roxas City, Capiz, Western Visayas Region. He is an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker), who just recently returned from the Middle East, in order to provide for his family. His father is a retired military man who wishes for his son to follow his footstep, though he opted to choose this path because he believes this would set him free from prejudice and obtain true happiness. He loves extreme sports and traveling to different places.

The grand coronation night will be on October 2, 2016 at the University of the Philippines Theater, Diliman, Quezon City. The hosts are: Media Personality Paolo Bediones, 2008 Miss Earth Karla Henry and 2002 Mutya ng Pilipinas 1st Runner-Up Kristine Caballero. The winner will represent the Philippines in the 2017 Mister Gay World contest.
