Jerome, 30, is a proud native of Antipolo City, Rizal Province in Calabarzon Region, raised by a Visayan mother and a Chinese father. He finished Nursing at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and is a licensed nurse, furthering his caring nature. He currently works as a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Manager in a multinational bank. He participates in the company’s various CSR activities and plays an active role in its PRIDE Group, promoting gender diversity and sensitivity in the workplace. An active volunteer at LoveYourself, a non-profit HIV-AIDS awareness organization and he work as a counselor. Jerome champions SWAG - Self-Worth Among Gay men and women. He believes that having self-worth will enable every gay man and woman to create healthy and productive relationships with one another.

The grand coronation night will be on October 2, 2016 at the University of the Philippines Theater, Diliman, Quezon City. The hosts are: Media Personality Paolo Bediones, 2008 Miss Earth Karla Henry and 2002 Mutya ng Pilipinas 1st Runner-Up Kristine Caballero. The winner will represent the Philippines in the 2017 Mister Gay World contest.
